Player

The trading history is played through the Player window, which allows the path for trades to be fully reproduced for the selected instruments.

The Player mode is available in Full and Trial licenses, as well as in a separate Player license. The Player mode is not available for a free Crypto license.

To switch to the trading history playback mode, in the menu select File → Trade mode → Player. To display the Player window, in the main menu, select Tables → Player.

The window contains:

  • Button to open a window for selecting records with a trading history

  • Buttons to go to the previous or next day

  • Buttons to control the replay of the trading history

  • Setting the playback speed of the trading history

  • Rewinding the trading history until the specified time

  • Rewinding the trading history for the selected time interval

Ticker

The abbreviated name of the instrument for which the trading history will be reproduced.

Record Date

Record date of the trading history for the selected instrument.

Last Update

Time of the last data change during the trading history playback.

Playback history in tick-only format

This type of history does not contain DOMs and allows the history for all instruments available in Tiger.Trade to be replayed.

To reproduce the trading history in tick-only format, complete the following actions:

  1. Switch the terminal to player mode: FileTrade modePlayer.

  2. In the Player window, click the Open trading history button.

  3. In the window that opens, select the Only ticks tab.

  4. In the left part of the window, select the date you are interested in.

  5. On the right side of the window, add the required instruments.

  6. Click the OK button. The selected entries will be displayed in the Player window.

Launching and controlling playback

For the instruments whose records have been selected, it is necessary to open the charts and start playing the trading history. During viewing, you can pause or completely stop playback of the recording.
